Space Management Consulting Services for a Post-Secondary Educational Institution

Bow Valley College is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide comprehensive space management consulting services in support of its academic, administrative, research, student service, and support operations. The institution requires a data-informed approach to better understand current space allocation, utilization, functional suitability, and future space needs across its campus portfolio.
As a post-secondary institution, Bow Valley College must ensure that its facilities effectively support teaching, learning, student experience, employee productivity, accessibility, operational efficiency, and long-term strategic growth. The selected consultant will assist the institution in developing a clear understanding of current conditions and identifying practical strategies to optimize existing space, improve governance, and support future planning and capital decision-making.
This RFP invites proposals from experienced firms with demonstrated expertise in higher education or post-secondary space planning, utilization analysis, stakeholder engagement, policy development, and implementation planning.
