26-009 Cove Creek Drive and Spring Street Sewer Main Replacement

This project consists of removal and replacement of existing 8-inch sewer mains along Cove Creek Drive and Spring Street, installation of new ductile iron sewer mains, manholes, and associated appurtenances, and abandonment of select existing lines. The project also involves bypass pumping, pipe penetrations, an aerial crossing over an existing creek, and reconnection of services. Surface restoration includes asphalt milling and overlay, sidewalk and guardrail replacement, and site cleanup. Work is to be completed with traffic control, erosion control, and all necessary mobilization.
