Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing
Conducting Procurement Unit: Division of Wildlife Resources
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: Janitorial services for the Division of Wildlife Resources in Ogden, UT. Work as specified in Attachment B Scope of Work. .
Mandatory Site Visit: NO.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is: Lowest Cost.
Length of Contract: 5 years.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for 1 Year.
