REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS/QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE

MARKETING OF RECYCLABLE MATERIALS

The Town of Westfield is requesting proposals to secure the services of a NJDEP Licensed Class A Recycling Facility to receive recyclables collected as part of our Residential curbside collection program in the Town of Westfield.

Sealed responses will be received by the Town Clerk by December 5, 2025 at 10:00am, in the office of the Town Clerk, 425 East Broad St., Westfield, NJ 07090, for the following project:

Respondents shall comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. A copy of your New Jersey Business Registration Certificate shall be included with your proposal.

The Town of Westfield is soliciting qualifications through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq.
