The City of Newnan seeks to expand parking at Lynch Park to address increased demand and improve accessibility for park users. This project aims to enhance visitor experience by providing adequate parking while supporting the park’s growing role as a community hub. The City is also under contract with a program management firm Comprehensive Program Services (CPS) to assist in the facilitation of the design and construction of the facility.
