Conflict Resolution Consulting Services

To whom it may concern:

Morgan State University (the University) is seeking proposals from qualified firms for an advisory conflict resolution specialist. This specialist will facilitate fair and equitable resolutions to internal concerns that may arise within the University. Please refer to the attached Request for Proposal (RFP) for additional information and instructions on how to participate.

The University must receive your proposal by 1:00 PM local time on March 14, 2025. This is a Small Business Reserve Procurement, and the award will be limited to certified small business vendors. Only businesses that meet the statutory requirements outlined in the State Finance and Procurement Article, §§14-501 to 14-505, Annotated Code of Maryland, and are certified by the Governor’s Office of Small, Minority & Women Business Affairs (GOSBA) Small Business Reserve Program, are eligible for the award of a contract.
