We invite interested parties to submit proposals for Marion M. Graham Upgrades. The Tender will consist of Base Bid and Alternate Prices. Base Bid (and Alternate) Proposal will be received until 2:00pm Central Standard Time, Wednesday, February 18th, 2026. All Bids will be opened in private after.
The Request for Proposal is for renovation work to upgrade the existing Home Economics Lab; and to provide upgraded millwork in the Servery. The work also includes some interior painting and additional interior renovations as indicated on the drawings. The renovations will require demolition, and various mechanical, electrical, and architectural upgrades. Alternate pricing includes two new basketball nets in the main gym and a new air conditioning in the Home Economics lab, as indicated on the drawings. This work will also require demolition, and various structural, mechanical, electrical, and architectural upgrades as detailed.

Site walkthroughs will be conducted Wednesday, February 4th, 2026 at 3:30pm local time. Meet in the location, where noted in the Instructions to Bidders. Refer to the Instructions to Bidders for further details.
Bids shall be submitted on the Bid form provided. Bids must be accompanied by Consent of Surety and by a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the submitted Bid Price.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received and will not necessarily accept the lowest proposal.
