Solicitation Summary
The intent of this invitation for bids is to secure a Contractor to perform scheduled preventive maintenance and repairs as necessary on all overhead doors and other entrance doors on an as “needed basis”. The Centreville Maintenance Facility has a total of 34 overhead doors and the satellite Facility at Stevensville has 4 overhead doors covered under this agreement. There are also a variety of entrance doors at each location to be covered excluding locks. Door sizes run from 8’ x 10’ to 20’ to 13’. All doors are sectional overhead doors on tracks. Pricing for this work shall be for the repair work as described here-in with time and material pricing for repairs and emergency service. No subcontracting
