Solicitation Summary
MIA intends to renew the maintenance agreement for the Cisco VoIP system. Cisco VoIP system handles all MIA’s incoming and outgoing telephone calls. It manages MIA’s Main Menu, Call Centers, and Voicemails.
This maintenance agreement will cover all our phone needs for MIA. This maintenance agreement renewal is between the Maryland Insurance Administration and Cisco Systems for warranty and support of Cisco VoIP Systems. Cisco has moved from traditional licensing to subscription licensing. Under this agreement, CISCO will provide technical support, security updates, fix software bugs, and provide hardware replacements for any failing power supplies, memory, or motherboard failures.
