Bid Description:
The project consists of constructing a village wastewater system capable of collecting and treating residential and commercial wastewater from properties throughout the designated Wolcott Village Center. Each property will have a septic tank effluent pump (STEP) tank which pumps effluent to a low pressure forcemain. The forcemain will travel in the road right-of-way to a common pumpstation on East Elmore Road. The pumpstation will pump effluent to equalization tanks at the Wolcott Elementary School where a hydraulic unit, housed in a control building, will dose drip dispersal fields.
