Description
As part of its continuing efforts to ensure operational and management excellence, the City is inviting competitive proposals from qualified and experienced individuals or organizations to utilize Real Property Transfer Taxes remittance data provided by the City from Los Angeles County (“County”) along with databases of Los Angeles property and real estate sales transactions, to research and identify potential transactions to audit for compliance with Homelessness and Housing Solutions Tax (HHST) remittance obligations.
