Solicitation Description:

The Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC) issoliciting bids from qualified vendors to provide In-Person training for RRCstaff in the GROW Wisdom group and virtual training for Railroad College University(RRCU) . GROW Wisdom is the last phase of three distinct phases of the RRC GROW Program. TheGROW program is a progressive leadership skills program. The RRC employees thatare part of the GROW Wisdom program are for top-level leadership. Classattendees will consists of five (5) RRC attendees. RRCU is an internal online trainingsystem that the RRC uses for all agency personnel.
