Cass County Road and Bridge Department is accepting material bids for guardrail. The guardrail package shall include materials necessary to complete the installation of the crashworthy end terminals and nested W-beam guardrail sections per plan. Supplier must provide all posts, blocks, rails, beams, bolts, nuts, washers and any other item required for installation.

A digital copy of the plans may be purchased through the office of Great River Engineering (GRE) at 2826 S. Ingram Mill, Springfield, MO 65804 (417) 886-7171 upon payment of $25.00, which is not refundable. All bidders must purchase plans through Great River Engineering, and be on the planholders list in order to bid the project. Bids should be submitted to Cass County Road & Bridge at 30508 SW Outer Road, Harrisonville, MO 64701. Bid proposals are due no later than 10:00 am on June 4, 2026.
