Solicitation Description:

The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA)requires the services of a qualified Contractor to provide bi-annual exterior cleaning services for WMATA's railcar fleets. This contract will have a Period of Performance of Three (3) Base years and Two (2) One (1) year options. The goal is to have all 1,208 WMATA railcars cleaned to a level of quality which is compliant with this Scope of Work and sufficient for the vehicles to return to revenue service.
