SolicitationDescription:

Texana Center is seeking qualified organizations orindividuals to provide focused Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services toindividuals between the ages of 3-15 years old. This RFP is issued to identifyexperienced and capable professionals who can meet the organization’s needs andobjectives related to the provision of ABA services in one or more of thefollowing counties: Austin, Brazoria, Colorado, Fort Bend, Galveston, Harris,Liberty, Matagorda, Montgomery, Walker, Waller, and Wharton.

Scope of work to include:

· Assessment, Treatment, ParentCoaching, and Transition Services – conducting assessment, treatment, parentcoaching, and transition services to individuals with a diagnosis of AutismSpectrum Disorder (ASD) according to rules established by both HHS Children’sAutism Program and Texana Center.

· Coordination of Services – receiving,completing, and submitting required documentation (intake, billing, etc.) toTexana Center personnel in a timely manner

QualificationRequirements

Interested parties must demonstratethe following qualifications:

· Proven experience in the provision ofABA services in the regions defined above, specifically Fort Bend and Harriscounties.

· Expertise in the assessment andtreatment of individuals with ASD within the ages of 3-15 years old.

· Certification Requirements:

o The individual(s) overseeing ABA services must hold avalid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential issued by the BehaviorAnalyst Certification Board (BACB) to perform ABA services.

· Licensure Requirements:

o The individual(s) overseeing ABA services must hold avalid Texas Behavior Analyst License issued by the Texas Department ofLicensing & Regulation (TDLR) to perform ABA services in the state ofTexas.

SubmissionRequirements

Interested parties must submit thefollowing in their submission of statement of qualifications:

· Company Profile – Brief overview ofthe firm or individual, including years of operation and areas of expertise.

· Experience – Description of relevantexperience including successfully managed contracts with public or privatefunding sources.

· Capacity – Description of the numberof clients able to be served at approximately 13-39 hours/month

· Pricing Structure – Overview ofproposed pricing or fee structure for services. Please submit this as a singleblended rate per hour that encompasses both LBA/BCBA and behaviortechnician/registered behavior technician time.

· Proposed Approach – Outline of theapproach to providing ABA services.

· Licenses and Certifications – Copiesof BCBA certification and TDLR licensure of those who would oversee and provideservices within the program

SelectionProcess

The organization will review thesubmissions and select the most qualified firm(s) or individual(s) based onexperience, qualifications, pricing and overall approach. Multiple awards maybe made. The selected contract(s) will have an anticipated start January 01,2026 and could be renewed on a yearly basis.
