RFP - Union Road Overcrossing at State Route Highway 46 East

The City of Paso Robles is inviting qualified firms to submit proposals to provide Preparation of Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) for the Construction of the Union Road Overcrossing at State Route Highway 46 East Project.

Consultant services will include, but not be limited to, the following: roadway engineering; quantity calculations; environmental surveys, preparation of environmental documents to obtain permit applications; preliminary right of way engineering; utility research and coordination; hydraulic analysis; geotechnical engineering; topographic and boundary surveying; preparation of bid- ready Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E). Right of way acquisition services will be procured under a separate contract, after the final design is completed. May also include the procurement of a Caltrans Encroachment Permit.
