Three DX split-system air handlers with inline natural gas duct furnaces will be replaced with like systems. One DX split-system air handler with an inline natural gas duct furnace will be replaced with a condensing furnace and evaporator coil. One condensing furnace with evaporator coil will be replaced with a like system. All new equipment will integrate with the existing Automated Logic controllers.
