SUTTON PARK REDEVELOPMENT (SKATE PARK)

Project Description: Improvements to existing skate park at Sutton Park in accordance with Contract Plans. Other associated improvements to Sutton Park shown on Contract Plans will be performed by another Contract. Contract documents, including Plans and Specifications, are available on the Town of Groton Website: www.groton-ct.gov. The Town of Groton reserves the right to waive any formalities or to reject any or all bids. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at: 185 Fort Hill Road (Sutton Park) on Thursday, August 7, 2025 at 10:00am Local Prevailing Time. Each bidder must deposit, with his bid, security in the form of bid bond or certified check subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders.
