BI-MH-139-CA The Greater Bridgeport Community Mental Health Center (GBCMHC) DAS/CS is seeking the services of a highly talented and experienced Construction Administrator (CA) team. The team will provide construction administration services to the DAS/CS in support of the BI-MH-139 –GBCMHC - Sprinkler System and Related Renovations project located at 1635 Central Avenue, Bridgeport, CT. The Greater Bridgeport Community Mental Health Center (GBCMHC) is a mental health facility that has approximately 100 in-patients residing within the building full-time. The project involves the installation of a code-compliant sprinkler system for the building; it is currently only partially equipped with a sprinkler system. In accordance with code requirements, high-rise buildings that house healthcare occupancies must be fully protected by an approved automatic sprinkler system along with all necessary supporting systems.
