Description

Wheeler County, Georgia was impacted by Hurricane Helene on September 29, 2024. In order to recover from this disaster and to respond to disaster events in the future, Wheeler County seeks to establish a contract with an experienced contractor (hereinafter ¿Contractor¿) via this Request for Proposals for disaster debris removal and disposal services in Wheeler County and all Wheeler County jurisdictions, including the cities of Alamo and Glenwood, resulting in immediate work with all 3 entities either as separate contracts or as one contract through intergovernmental agreement.
