APEX Accelerators are an official government contracting resource for small businesses. Find your local APEX Accelerator (opens in new window) for free government expertise related to contract opportunities.
APEX Accelerators are funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense.
The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
The United States Embassy in Mexico (Embassy) requires a public opinion research company to continue the Embassy’s public opinion program, with quantitative (polling) and qualitative (focus groups, interviews) studies to monitor and track public sentiment trends in Mexico in issues of relevance to the U.S. government for one (1) base year with four (4) option years.
All responsible sources may submit a proposal as long as it complies with the RFP requirements.
The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a single award indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) type contract with firm-fixed rates.
The Government is planning a Pre-Proposal Conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation.
Pursuant to FAR 4.1102(a) Offerors are required to be registered in SAM at the time an offer is submitted in order to comply with the annual representations and certifications requirements. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission shall deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsive to the solicitation requirements and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, you are encouraged to complete the registration process and have an active account in sam.gov prior to proposal submission.
The guidelines for registration in SAM are also available at:

Electronic Submission/Responses:
This opportunity allows electronic responses. Please submit your proposal prior to the response date and time.
