On-Site Annual Firefighter Physicals.

The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (“District”) is seeking information from qualified mobile medical service providers (“Provider”) to perform comprehensive annual physical examinations for approximately 175 firefighters to comply with the 2013 edition of NFPA 1582 standards. The exact number will vary depending on the current employment levels of the District Fire Department.

The District is also requesting information for limited medical screenings of paramedics and EMT personnel. There are approximately 40 to 50 employees that qualify for this screening.

Mobile service is defined as the ability of the Provider to conduct the vast majority of, preferably all aspects and elements of, the examinations and screenings on District property.  The District’s preference is for the Provider to utilize a medical mobile unit which would minimize the need / impact to use Fire Station locations.  Example: entirely mobile exam rooms and self-contained mobile medical unit
