84131608 Medical Claims Review and Management

The Department of Financial Services (Department), through its Division of Risk Management (Division), is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to obtain Responses from Contractors who are able and willing to provide the services in accordance with Attachment 2 - Statement of Work (SOW).  The Division requires a consultant to act as its agent of record for structured settlement services pertaining to Statewide Workers’ Compensation and Liability claims as part of the self-insurance program the Division administers pursuant to Chapter 284, Florida Statutes (F.S.).  The administration of the purchase of annuities to pay claims under a structured settlement program requires coordination of activities and information between the Division and a structured settlement consultant/agent of record.

The solicitation will be administered through the Vendor Information Portal (VIP). The submitted Response must comply with the terms and conditions stated in this RFP.

Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
