The contractors handling and disposal facilities of exhausted media shall comply with Federal Regulations 40CFR268 as stated in 40 CFR § 268.41 - Treatment standards expressed as concentrations in waste extract. The Government will be responsible for the actual hookup and installation of the vessels and all plant operations. The Contractor is not authorized to install or place portable vessels in service.
