PURPOSE AND SCOPE: The City of Charleston, WV (the City) is soliciting bids to upgrade the HVAC system controls in the City owned structure located at 601 Morris Street, Charleston, WV 25301. Mandatory upgrades and contract items are more fully described in this solicitation.
