The new facility is proposed to be located on a portion of the city-owned parcel that includes the Wilders Grove Solid Waste Facility at 630 Beacon Lake Drive, Raleigh NC 27610. The facility is planned to be approximately 45,125 SF in total, meeting operational needs. The total project budget is $40M that includes construction, design, and all soft costs. |
