This Project consists of the upgrade and replacement of the Building Fire Alarm System and the Emergency
Lighting System.
CB: Manhattan 11 Project #: HH112CTFS / EPIN: 85025B073 Late Bids Will Not Be Accepted. There will be an optional pre-bid conference. Details will be provided in the PASSPort procurement. This contract is subject to Special Experience Requirements. This Competitive Sealed Bid (CSB) is being released throughout PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal. Responses to this CSB must be submitted via PASSPort. To access the solicitation, vendors should visit the PASSPort Public Portal at the following website: https://passport.cityofnewyork.us/page.aspx/en/rfp/request_browse_public Click on the “Search Funding Opportunities in PASSPort” blue box.
