Southern Delaware County Authority Maintenance Repairs

Project Description: NOTICE TO BIDDERS SOUTHERN DELAWARE COUNTY AUTHORITY
Sealed bids for Maintenance Repairs to the Sanitary Sewer System for the period January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2029 will be received by the Southern Delaware County Authority, online via the PennBid Program at www.PennBid.Bonfirehub.com until 10:00 AM, on Friday, December 13, 2024 at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
All Bid Documents, Construction Plans and Specifications are available online via the PennBid Program at www.PennBid.Bonfirehub.com at no cost to prospective bidders.

The successful bidder, who is awarded the contract, will be required to pay PennBid Program a fee of 1/3 % of the contract award value. There is a minimum award fee of $100.00 and a maximum of $5,000.00. Bidders must confirm the fees associated with bidding through PennBid and the successful bidder is responsible for the fees associated with the awarded bid.
Each bidder must submit with their bid, security in the form of a certified check or bid bond in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100.00), payable to the Southern Delaware County Authority.
Attention of Bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in the bid package, particularly to the various insurance requirements.
No bidder may withdraw his bid within ninety (90) days after the date set for the receiving and opening of bids.
The Authority reserves the right to accept any bid or any parts thereof and to reject either the whole or any part or parts of any bid or bids, or all bids for any cause whatsoever, and to waive any informalities in the bidding as they deem in the best interest of the Authority.
