State Transportation Safety Outreach & Education

The Georgia Department of Transportation (hereinafter, "Department" or "GDOT") is conducting this electronic Request for Proposals ("eRFP") for services exempt from the State Purchasing Act, as a best practice, to establish an open agency contract with a qualified supplier(s) who will provide Statewide Transportation Safety Outreach and Educational Program Support products and/or services as further described in this eRFP.

As the Georgia Department of Transportation (Georgia DOT or GDOT) continues its commitment to transparency, openness, and accountability to the state of Georgia and its residents, an experienced team of communications strategists, public relations professionals, and safety engineers is being sought to provide up-to-date guidance and execution on the latest trends and technologies in communications and educational outreach. The awarded firm will supplement the current resources available and implement new strategies utilizing additional resources and workforce to help to ensure successful public-facing outcomes and engagement of department initiatives.
