Project Description: The City of Charlotte (City) plans to contract with multiple firms to provide real estate legal services for unspecified projects, which could include locally funded projects, state-funded projects, and federally funded projects (specifically Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), Federal Transit Administration (FTA), and Housing and Urban Development (HUD) projects). Services include but are not limited to: (i) real estate title search and certification, (ii) purchase transaction closing services, and (iii) assistance and representation of the City in condemnation proceedings.
