Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to demolish, install, and remodel Inmate bathrooms at Owens Valley Conservation Camp (CC). Services are necessary to ensure bathrooms are in safe, working conditions.
