Overview

Summary

The Prescott Regional Airport is looking to Develop and Construct an Executive Hangar. The project generally consists of a 16,315 Square Feet, 4-unit pre-engineered steel hangar building with site improvements including grading, drainage, security fencing, aircraft taxi lane pavement, and a new wash rack.

Background

The project is located primarily along the Bottle Neck Wash on Ruger Road north of Airport Avenue. There is a market shortage of hangar space specifically for executive-size aircraft with wingspans up to 64 feet (e.g. Beechcraft King Air 350). The project will help fulfill that need while providing great access to our commercial runway 21L/3R.
