Description
Cobb County (¿County¿ or ¿Owner¿) is issuing this Request for Proposals ("RFP") to solicit proposals from qualified firms to construct a new Cobb County fire training facility in Marietta, Georgia. The total facility size will be approximately 18,620 square feet. The building will be a one-story pre-engineered metal building designed to support the training, education, and operational needs of the cobb county fire department. Proposals shall be received before 12:00 pm on Thursday, October 23, 2025, via the County's eProcurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cobbcoga. Late Proposals will not be accepted.
