RFP IT-2025-01 – 8 Multifunction Copier, Printer, Scanner, Fax

The Town is seeking to procure high-quality, cost-effective Multifunctional Printers (MFPs) for multiple locations due to the expiration of its current printer lease agreement. The selected equipment must support centrally managed identity and access management (IAM) and provide copying, scanning, and printing capabilities. Additionally, a customer-focused support and cost-effective maintenance plan is required.

Town is seeking proposals to replace its current printers with two (2) Canon IR-ADV-C5850I or equivalent and six (6) Canon IR-ADV-C3926I or equivalent, ensuring full compatibility with existing infrastructure. The proposal should address: Print, scan, copy, and fax functionalities.
