Project Description: The City of Albuquerque (City) is seeking qualified Licensed Contractors for On-Call Plumbing Services for all City facilities and parks. Contractors will provide full-service (labor, equipment and materials), emergency on-call plumbing repairs, and plumbing equipment repair and replacement services as identified in the Scope of Services herein. Contractors must meet the minimum performance specifications and qualification requirements contained in this Request for Bid (RFB) to be considered for an award. Bidders not properly licensed at time of bid submittal will have their bid rejected as non-responsive.
The City will establish a City-Wide Service Agreeement (“Contract”) as a result of the RFB. This Price Agreement is non-exclusive and is not a commitment by the City to contract for any services with any Contractors. The City will request services from Contractors on a project by project basis.
HISTORY
The City of Albuquerque is responsible for approximately 680 City facilities which range in age from 1 to 50 years, totaling an estimated 10 million square feet. A few of the City facilities included in the City of Albuquerque’s property portfolio are: fire stations, high rise office spaces, law enforcement facilities, warehouses, and other facilities that offer services to the public.
