Statewide Water Resource Documentation & Permitting Service

Project Description: TxDOT Environmental Affairs Division is requesting proposals for performing statewide water resource documentation and permitting services as required for transportation activities under state and federal statutes including Sections 401 and 404 of the Clean Water Act, Sections 9 and 10 of the Rivers and Harbors Act, and other statutes and regulations with federal and state environmental standards. Services may include, but are not limited to: Producing surface water analysis forms, water features delineation reports, Section 401 water quality certification documents, Section 404/10 impacts tables, pre-application meeting packages, conditional/functional assessments, jurisdictional determinations, 404 permit applications, mitigation plans, mitigation monitoring reports, USCG bridge permit applications, providing assistance in preparing guidance and training documentation and any related reporting and support activities.
