Aerial Photography and Orthophoto Covering Thorhild County and Their Hamlets

Thorhild County invites proposals through this Request for Proposal (RFP) to acquire new 2025 digital Red, Green, Blue Intensity (RGBI) aerial photography and produce RGBI orthophoto which is required for both the rural areas of Thorhild County and Thorhild County’s Hamlets. Digital Photography is required to be flown at a resolution of 25 cm (rural) and 7.5 cm (hamlets). This imagery must be flown within the months of May 1 to September 30, 2025; as weather permits and will be virtually free of cloud, cloud shadow, snow, fog and smoke to the satisfaction of Thorhild County and acceptable industry standards.
