The City of Abbotsford (“the City”) is expanding the Abbotsford Police Department (“APD”) facility to accommodate the department’s current and future needs and to consolidate policing operations. The new building and renovation are located at 2838 Justice Way in Abbotsford, BC. The Project will be developed, owned, and operated by the City of Abbotsford with Unitech Construction Management Ltd. acting as the Construction Manager, managing construction activities. IMPORTANT NOTE: As work for this project will be completed within APD facilities, all Proponent staff present on site are required to provide an individually completed APD Clearance Package, including form of Canadian issued Government Photo ID, at least 5 business days prior to attending the site. In place of a Canadian issued ID, a foreign passport may also be accepted provided it has been approved by CBSA and includes a valid work permit or landed immigrant paperwork.
