The City of San Antonio will utilize online bidding services via CivCast at https://www.civcast.com/bids for the Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals - Fire Station 53 Living Quarters Replacement. Scope: The Project consists of new construction to take place at the existing Fire station 53 site. Addition of approximately 12,165 square foot one-story building adjoining the existing apparatus bay. New construction to include 1 EMS bay with pavement vehicle exhaust system, USDD Fire Alerting system/Joker Stand, Kitchen/Dining, Day room, Public Lobby, Offices, Officer’s dorms, Fire Fighters dorms, EMS dorms and quarters, exercise room, laundry, restrooms, and bathrooms, mechanical and electrical rooms, IT room, mechanical yard, storage, public and staff parking, entrance and exit drives, landscaping.
