HVAC Preventative Maintenance Services For all City Buildings
Scope Of Work:
HVAC PM Services listed below include labor, travel, filters, belts and condenser cleaning.
(2) Semi-annual preventative maintenance visits, each visit includes filter replacement, once per year condenser cleaning, once per year belt replacement at the following buildings.

All preventative maintenance work will be scheduled upon the request of the City.
Non preventative maintenance service calls
Response times for service calls shall be:
Emergency – Possible risk of injury to the public or employees. Potential loss of product – (4 Hours)
Urgent next day – Risk of product integrity, significant discomfort to individuals – (24 Hours)
Non-Urgent – No imminent risk to product. Not causing discomfort – (48-72) Hours
All service calls repairs over $ 2000.00 require verbal or written authorization from the City.
