Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 and part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 3435925RFQ00001 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05, effective 10 March 2021.



The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard NAICS Code is 611519. This solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.



It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price purchase order will be awarded for the item found below as a result of this synopsis/solicitation:

SPECIFICATIONS:



The United States Coast Guard (USCG) National Strike Force (NSF) requires contractor support (training materials, equipment, and services) for instruction of the most current Hazardous Materials Technician with an Advanced Decontamination Specialty defined by requirements in the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 470 chapter 44. The 4 day course shall provide students with knowledge and hands-on practical exercises to meet the requirements of NFPA 470 Chapter 44 along with its prerequisites to meet ProBoard standards IAW the attached Statement of work. The course place of performance will be at USCG Atlantic Strike Team in Fort Dix, NJ.
