Bid Type: Request for Proposal Locations: Franklin Keywords: Stream Restoration Bid Description: The Franklin County Natural Resources Conservation District (FCNRCD) seeks proposals from engineering consultants regarding an Adaptive Management/Preliminary Design scope of work to develop a QAPP, review existing information, collect additional data, perform H&H modeling, analyze alternatives, prepare preliminary designs, prepare a report including cost opinions, permitting insights, and phosphorus reduction credits, among other items, and co-host a public event on the site of the former Johnsons Mill Dam along the Bogue Branch, in Bakersfield, VT. Questions can be submitted in writing only to Lauren Weston at info@FranklinCountyNRCD.org and can be received up until the submission deadline. Questions received from consultants will not be shared with other consultants through a formal Question and Answer process. The submission deadline will be April 10th at 5:00pm. Submissions can be submitted to Lauren Weston electronically at info@FranklinCountyNRCD.org; mailed or hard copies of submissions will not be reviewed.
