Description
There will be a Mandatory Information Session with respect to this RFP on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. in the main lobby of the Jefferson Square Building, 185 S Main St, Waterbury. ATTENDANCE AND ON-TIME SIGN-IN AT THE INFORMATION SESSION IS MANDATORY. THOSE LATE/NOT ATTENDING WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL.

As more specifically set forth in this RFP, the City seeks a qualified contractor to perform certain specified renovations to the basement of the Jefferson Building as per the Project documents and an associated construction contract.
