Project Description: The project scope includes the interior renovation of Holmes Hall Building at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Interior renovation work is located at room 140, 140A and 140C on the first floor of the building. Work shall include but is not limited to painting, installing floor sealer, spray fireproofing, patching and repairing walls and surfaces, installing a pipe railing gate and fence at 140C, and all necessary structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical work, and supervision, coordination, scheduling and providing access for the telecommunication cabling contractor per the Specifications. Abate all hazardous materials in the classrooms per the Hazardous Material Survey report.
