Procure and install (1) emergency backup generator at the TDEM San Antonio Warehouse summarized as follows. 1. Provide a new Standby generator and associated optional standby power system components to support the entire building upon extended power outage. . 2. Construction of a new concrete pad for the generator. 3. Provide a new generator distribution switchboard. 4. Provide generator mounted load bank. 5. Provide 3 Automatic Transfer Switches for the three building distribution points. 6. Replace two docking stations with 4 pole type. 7. Provide a third docking station for future tenant loads. 8. Provide a distribution panel for future Tenant loads.
