Description
Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA), a department of the City of Los Angeles, is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or firms to lease a propeller use aviation facility located at 7646 Hayvenhurst Avenue (Property) at Van Nuys Airport (VNY). It is anticipated that the Property will be available for occupancy within 90 days after approval by the Board of Airport Commissioners (Board) and the City Council (Council) for the lease award.
The Property (as shown in Exhibit 2) consists of approximately 105,750 square feet (or 2.4277 acres) of aviation land for propeller aircraft with 3,481 square feet of office and hangar space. It is currently occupied by MPG Inc., pursuant to a month-to-month lease.
