Project Description: The City of Victoria is requesting offers from qualified third‑party research firms to enhance and deliver a statistically valid 16‑minute telephone survey to help inform the City’s 2027 Draft Budget priorities for investment. The survey must reach Victoria residents in 12 neighbourhoods using a combination of landlines and cell phones.
