Project Description: Summit County seeks consultant services to evaluate the feasibility of a new roadway connection between Olympic Parkway and Bear Cub Drive in the Snyderville Basin. The purpose of this study is to identify and evaluate potential alignments that improve regional connectivity and reduce congestion on the SR-224 corridor, including on Ute Boulevard and Olympic Parkway, and provide a connection to the cemetery being considered for this area. The analysis should also consider impacts on existing and future neighborhoods, the 2034 Olympic Games, and SR-224 access management. The study will inform future design, construction, and funding decisions.
