Scope of Work- TheHealth and Human Services Commission (HHSC) requests sealed Proposals fromeligible pharmaceutical wholesalers to establish a Contract for the fulfilment ofpharmaceuticals and other items available primarily through their GroupPurchasing Organization Contract (collectively, the “Pharmaceutical Products”)required to support HHSC, the Department of State Health Services (DSHS), andOther Eligible Participants’ (OEPs) healthcare programs.
Contract Term- The initial term of any Contractresulting from this Solicitation will be for a period of three (3) years, ifnot terminated sooner. System Agency, at its sole option,may renew or extend any Contract awarded pursuant to this Solicitation for two(2), one-year renewal periods.
Optional/Pre-proposal Conference
HHSC PCS will hold the pre-proposal conferencevia Microsoft Teams, on the date and time set out in Section 3.1 (Schedule of Events). Pre-proposal Microsoft Teams Information:
Participantsmust register for the pre-proposal conference via Microsoft Teams prior to theevent according to Section 3.4.1 (Attendance).
