Brief description: MnDOT requests proposals for Mill and overlay TH 23 from 0.455 miles east of 93rd Ave to MN 15 in Waite Park. Replace signals at 5 intersections (28th Ave S, 10th Ave, 6th Ave, 2nd Ave, Waite Ave). Replace poles, mast arms, indication heads, loop detectors, upgrade to FYA, Cabinet, and controllers. Replace AWF in each direction at 28th Ave S. Replace 8 rural pipes. Reconstruct all existing catch basins. Remove and replace curb at CB’s, clean out CB’s, mud around dog houses/inverts, replace rings and castings. The goal of this project is for the development of a biddable final plan-set and special provisions for Trunk Highway (TH) 23 from 0.455 miles east of 93rd Ave to MN 15 in Waite Park.
